Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc seeks an Associate, Data & Analytics Engineering in New York, New York

Develop risk models including linear/logistic regressions, monte carlo simulations, present value calculations and other portfolio metric computations. Collaborate with Quant strategists to model and develop mathematical risk calculations and predictions. Curate large datasets, including account, demographic, transactional and market data for analysis, model training, and model inference. Design and implement cloud computing frameworks to address the growing computational demands of larger models with increased parameters and data. Maintain critical model infrastructure, including Symphony compute grids, distributed hash tables, and low latency caching tools. Perform unit testing, component testing, integration testing to ensure high quality software is delivered. Monitor applications and provide support in production. Develop automated CI/CD processes for delivering quality software into production. Work in an agile scrum team and contribute to agile processes.

Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $152,000 and $152,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) years as a/an Analyst, Technology; Developer; or related occupation in the technology field.
