Overview
We are seeking a contract HR Product Manager (Workday) to support HR technology initiatives and ensure continuity during a leave of absence. This role will focus on advancing Talent Acquisition and Talent Development programs while driving ongoing HRIS projects forward. The ideal candidate has strong HR technology expertise and product/project management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR technology projects, ensuring business objectives are met.
Partner with HR, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to deliver results.
Support and advance Talent Acquisition and Talent Development initiatives.
Oversee product/project lifecycles, from planning through execution.
Maintain continuity and momentum on ongoing projects during the contract period.
Qualifications
Strong background in HR technology / HRIS systems.
Demonstrated product and/or project management experience.
Familiarity with Workday strongly preferred (experience with similar HR platforms considered).
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
