About the Role:

AaraTech Inc is seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder coordination for healthcare projects. This role works closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document healthcare business and functional requirements

  • Create user stories, use cases, and process flows

  • Translate healthcare workflows into system requirements

  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies

  • Support UAT and stakeholder reviews

  • Maintain documentation in JIRA or Confluence

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1- 2 years of Business Analyst experience

  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile

  • Understanding of healthcare processes (claims, EHR, providers)

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence
