Test Technician Mechanical & Electrical Systems

Job Title: Test Technician Mechanical & Electrical Systems Location: Evans, Georgia (Onsite)

Focus on Automotive Vehicle Testing profile those who have worked on Mechanical and Electrical Testing .

• Fluent in most test processes - including Mechanical (required) and Electrical (desired) testing
• Be able to work with a test engineer to create, set up and execute a test based on a given request.
• Testing ranges from component level testing to vehicle level testing
• Some Examples:
• PLC-based setups for component and system cycling
• Data Acquisition using Dewesoft or Somat systems
• Assisting with vehicle level testing such ad braking, stability, noise and performance testing
• Analyzing test results through tools such as excel and nCode
• Running thermal testing through the use of thermal chambers
• Test Report completion summarizing the testing process and results
• Provide valuable feedback to test and design engineers based on test results
• Ability to troubleshoot test setups to ensure results are appropriate
• Operate in a safe manner
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Requires occasional lifting of objects 25-50 lbs.

Ability to work under and around vehicles to install instrumentation
