Job Title: Delivery Manager – Supply Chain WMS
Location: Lake Buena Vista, FL (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, WFH Fridays)
Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $57 - $61/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
 
Overview:
As a Delivery Manager within the Supply Chain Technology team, you’ll be responsible for leading the execution of large-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS) initiatives across one or more high-volume distribution facilities. This role requires excellent cross-functional coordination, vendor oversight, and Agile delivery capabilities — all within a complex global ecosystem.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead delivery of WMS projects focused on Blue Yonder or equivalent platforms.
  • Manage cross-functional teams (business, vendors, and technical partners) to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of WMS capabilities for one or two warehouse locations simultaneously.
  • Track progress across Jira-based sprints and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with internal/external teams for testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Own delivery roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, operational goals, and change management efforts.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between executive sponsors, vendors, and delivery teams.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in project or delivery management within Supply Chain/WMS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or comparable WMS platforms.
  • Experience managing software vendors and third-party integrators.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and warehouse timelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
