Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Integration Consultant with a strong background in both Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financials (FINS) integrations. This role is critical in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and external/internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across the enterprise.
Must be Workday Partner Certified.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Workday integrations for HCM and Financials modules.
- Develop and maintain Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to gather requirements and ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Support data transformation and mapping processes between Workday and third-party systems.
- Perform regular integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for ongoing operations.
- Document integration design, configuration, and support procedures.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Workday integration architecture and change management.
- Assist in system upgrades and patches by validating and testing impacted integrations.
- Participate in project planning and provide time estimates and status updates.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations, specifically with HCM and Financials (FINS) modules.
- Proficiency with Workday integration tools: Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, PECI/Inbound Integration, Workday Web Services (WWS), and XSLT.
- Strong understanding of Workday's security framework and how it applies to integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financials including integrations related to Accounts Payable, Expenses, Suppliers, Procurement, and General Ledger.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM functional areas such as Core HR, Benefits, Talent, or Payroll integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and other web service protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
