BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Non-Tech 4 Job for an opportunity at Remote!



Position Title: Program Manager Non-Tech 4


Location: Remote


Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 03 Months of contract.


Job Type: Contract and Remote


Pay Range: $55 - $57/hr.


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:


Responsibilities



  • Validation and analysis of data, as directed by EPC digitization teams.

  • Work with the EPC digitization team to provide support, as directed, for ongoing tools & systems in development.

  • Monitor teams chat and feedback to address questions and concerns and provide prompt response and resolution.

  • Support user testing to determine the end-user experience and drive continuous change management to ensure sustainability of new tools and systems.

  • Collaborate internally with other GSC groups to understand concerns and gather feedback about systems / tools in development.

  • Communicate with external partners and audiences to ensure business needs are met.

  • Support implementation of new tools and systems, addressing challenges and opportunities by driving cross-team coordination

  • Obtain buy-in and alignment by influencing and garnering support with internal stakeholders about existing and new tools/system.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal collaboration skill, clear and succinct delivery

  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical groups in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with an open and collaborative mindset.

  • Strong analytical and detailed oriented mindset

  • Effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions.

  • Experience with Ariba and/or other Supply Chain management systems.

  • Experience with procurement and contracting processes.

  • Experience in project coordination, communication, and networking.

  • Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc

  • Experience working in construction/capital projects and integration of supply chain activities into Engineering, Procurement and Construction


    Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 5-7 years of related experience required.
