Job Details

We are seeking a Programmer Analyst 6 with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications. The candidate will also serve as a System Architect, leading project tasks including requirements gathering, planning, designing, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing support.

Assignments will follow standard system engineering methodologies and involve working across web and client/server environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Dynamics 365 and Power Platform project activities from requirement analysis to deployment.

  • Design and document architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms with integrations and authentication.

  • Develop, test, and deploy application releases, updates, and enhancements.

  • Manage CICD and release processes across Dynamics 365 environments.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot application issues under pressure.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Prepare documentation, technical instructions, presentations, and status reports.

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks/issues.

7+ years – MS Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Implementations
7+ years – Architect Experience
7+ years – Azure DevOps
7+ years – Infrastructure/Network & Application Support
7+ years – Technical Customer Service Analyst experience
5+ years – Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages)
5+ years – Database Architecture
Experience with Microsoft Azure platform
Experience with APIs, Azure Communications
Strong experience in CI/CD, Release Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure
