Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Brookfield, Illinois. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing organization by leveraging expertise in data analysis, Office 365 tools, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving smarter decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary resource for Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, Exchange, and Power Automate, ensuring optimal use and seamless integration.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights and real-time metrics.
Analyze and clean organizational data to identify trends, streamline processes, and connect datasets.
Create workflow automations using tools like Power Automate to reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams to support back-office projects, including enhancements built on Flutterflow.
Troubleshoot Office 365 usage issues and provide solutions to improve communication and workflows across teams.
Partner with leadership to design scalable systems and processes that align with company growth objectives.
Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions using data and automation tools.
Provide basic support for development-related projects, with an understanding of coding concepts being a plus.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing organization.
Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, Exchange, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with development concepts or tools like Flutterflow/Dart is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience creating workflow automations and building dashboards for data visualization.
Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in process optimization and data analysis.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable systems and innovative solutions.
