Adaptive Planning Analyst Hardware & Subscription Forecasting / Opex Planning

We re seeking a skilled Adaptive Planning professional to drive accurate, insight-driven forecasting across hardware demand, financial performance, subscription revenue, and operating expenses. This role blends financial acumen, data analysis, and system expertise to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Build and enhance Adaptive Planning models for hardware financial and demand forecasting.
  Use statistical forecasting methods (ARIMA, regression, time-series, exponential smoothing) to predict hardware sales, inventory, and revenue trends.
  Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to align forecasts with business and capacity plans.
  Develop and maintain subscription forecasting models covering ARR/MRR, churn, renewals, and pricing scenarios.
  Lead Opex budgeting and forecasting, partnering with cost center owners to manage spend and optimize headcount planning.
  Deliver variance, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to explain performance drivers and recommend corrective actions.
  Automate financial reporting and dashboards through Adaptive Planning dashboards and OfficeConnect for better visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 
  5 10 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Forecasting, or Demand Planning.
  Hands-on expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning (model building, reporting, automation).
  Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau; exposure to Python/R preferred.
  Strong understanding of statistical forecasting and financial modeling techniques.
  Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
