Job Title: Network Engineer- L3 (Data + Security) Tier II & III Support )
Location : Plano, TX(Onsite)

Summary :-
Seeking a skilled Network Lead (L3) to provide Tier III support across enterprise data center and security environments. Role involves managing routing, switching, firewall, and load balancing infrastructure, and serving as a technical escalation point.

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Troubleshoot complex issues in routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, IPv4/IPv6).
2.Configure and manage firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point).
3.Support wired/wireless platforms (Cisco Nexus, Cisco/Arista Wi-Fi).
4.Manage F5/NetScaler load balancers.
5.Perform IPAM, subnetting, and DNS troubleshooting.
6.Coordinate with service providers for WAN/BGP issues.
7.Guide Tier I/II teams and approve changes.Develop and maintain MoPs.
8.Provide on-call support and documentation.

Qualifications:-
1.) 8 to 10 years in network operations.
2.) Strong leadership and escalation handling.
3.) Preferred: CCNP (Routing/Security)
