Overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the cloud infrastructure, defining cloud architecture standards, ensuring security and compliance, optimizing cloud costs, and driving innovation within the cloud environment, working closely with other technical teams to integrate cloud solutions across the enterprise. The likely salary range for this position is $141,100 - $190,900. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the cloud infrastructure, defining cloud architecture standards, ensuring security and compliance, optimizing cloud costs, and driving innovation within the cloud environment, working closely with other technical teams to integrate cloud solutions across the enterprise. Specifically you will:
- Architect scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure using best practices, consider factors like cost
- optimization, performance and security.
- Monitor cloud usage
- Find cost savings opportunities and apply strategies to improve cloud spend
- Implement security measures, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards
- Lend expertise on leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate cloud infrastructure and management
- Monitor cloud systems for performance issues, bottlenecks, and troubleshoot complex cloud-related problems
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience to include 6+ years of cloud experience to include industry best practices including native approaches using Containers, Kubernetes, Microservices etc.
- Current AWS Cloud Certification is required.
- Experience in AWS and Azure, strong understanding of cloud computing principles including, networks, computing, storage and security.
- Expertise on IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
- Possesses leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of cloud engineers and strong communications and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams within the last two (2) years.
Security Clearance Level: An active Top Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this role.
