Role: Technical Program Manager
Location: Remote
Individuals possess domain, technical or process authority in their subject area.
They manage projects critical to the company.
Manages and supports offerings through their entire life cycle, and makes decisions regarding enhancements throughout the lifecycle.
Leads business case for enhancements or new solutions/ products.
Leads requirements gathering and management; provides advanced interpretation and recommendations
SME for external and internal solutions/product events.
Directly interacts with cross- functional teams
Regularly serves as a pre- sales support specialist through the development of materials and by presenting complex solutions to prospective clients as a subject matter expert.
Develops complex solutions to business problems or client engagements through in- depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers.
Develops innovative solutions to problems without precedent.
Invents new products and processes to achieve strategic business objectives.
Drives new solutions launches and schedules for a successful worldwide launch.
Develops and enhances intellectual property through research and client experiences.
Educates the sales organization on existing solutions offerings and evolution on those offerings.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with leadership in targeted companies and participates as a key member in solutions and strategy decisions.
Acts as the key client contact and project leader for client solutions in a complex environment in one technical area involving multiple products and/or platforms.
May manage to completion one large or several concurrent small projects with multiple deliverables
Leads large scale, global programs that contribute to the corporation s success.
Organizational expert within defined subject area.
Serves as a subject matter expert on new sales opportunities with clients that have not worked with NTT DATA previously.
Influences a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward successful creation and delivery to achieve goals.
Responsible for supporting sales of $8M- $10M TCV annually.
Prepares and publishes multiple white papers.
Typically requires 10-12 years relevant experience.
