THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing technical infrastructure and software applications.
- Experience managing a small team of support professionals.
- Great technical troubleshooting abilities
- Strong project management experience
- Experience managing third-party SaaS vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Property Management Software (PMS) systems
- Experience in the hospitality (hotel / real estate) industry is required
