Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing system requirements, solution engineering, and system design documentation.
- Support analysis of IT environments, tracking requirements using roadmaps and collaboration tools.
- Contribute to solution engineering, analysis of alternatives, and system design, including basic database structures.
- Identify discrepancies in system designs and enterprise architecture, proposing remediation ideas.
- Communicate with stakeholders to support software development lifecycle (SDLC) documentation efforts.
- Collaborate with senior architects to learn and apply best practices.
General Description of Benefits
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT or solutions architecture.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Clearance: Must have an active or interim Secret security clearance.
- Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required, per DoD regulations.
Desired Skills
- Experience with DoD IT projects or NBIS.
- Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or CompTIA Security+.
- Exposure to Agile or DevSecOps methodologies.
