Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
  • Translate domain-driven business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, operations, and vendors to deliver high-impact features.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Lead discussions on POS integrations, menu data management, and digital ordering enhancements.
  • Identify operational pain points and recommend solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience in QSR operations.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure store readiness for new rollouts.
  • Utilize tools like STIBO STEP, MenuMaster, and other menu/POS management platforms effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong, hands-on experience in QSR workflows, systems, and operational processes.
  • Proven ability to manage POS integrations, menu data flows, and store launch processes.
  • Proficiency in agile product management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Demonstrated success in backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap execution.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with STIBO STEP, MenuMaster, or similar menu and product information management systems.
  • Background in digital ordering platforms, self-service kiosks, or QSR loyalty/rewards systems.
  • Prior experience in a multi-location retail or QSR franchise environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess feature performance and drive data-informed decisions.
