Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) with a strong background in Oracle ERP implementations and migrations. The ideal candidate will have a hybrid skill set, blending project management expertise with business analysis to drive successful ERP transitions from legacy or competing systems. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution-particularly in AP, AR, Expenses, General Ledger, Inventory, Cost Accounting, and Budgeting modules.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP migration projects, ensuring smooth transition from legacy/custom systems or competing platforms.

Act as a hybrid PM/BA, managing project tasks independently while gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Engage with high-level stakeholders (executives, finance, IT, and operations teams) to align project goals with business objectives.

Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to PMP best practices.

Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Finance & Accounting modules (AP, AR, GL, Expenses, Inventory, Costing, Budgeting).

Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business users to resolve issues and ensure system integrity post-migration.

Provide clear, concise communication (written and verbal) to keep stakeholders informed and drive decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of combined Project Management & Business Analysis experience, specifically in Oracle ERP implementations/migrations.

Proven track record of leading ERP migrations from legacy/custom systems or competing platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, JD Edwards).

Strong expertise in Finance & Accounting modules: AP, AR, General Ledger, Expenses, Inventory, Cost Accounting, and Budgeting.

PMP certification (or equivalent project management experience) with a structured approach to task management.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive projects without constant oversight.

Exceptional communication skills capable of presenting to executives, negotiating with vendors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
