Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead and manage software automation initiatives within a hybrid Agile environment. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and coordinate closely with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive process adherence in an enterprise environment that is not fully Agile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Led multiple concurrent projects focused on software automation using UI Path and other RPA technologies.
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting best practices within a hybrid Agile framework.
- Collaborate with third-party development teams and internal stakeholders to track progress, manage dependencies, and meet milestones.
- Support and manage governance board activities and federated team operations related to Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Work with Cybersecurity, Legal, Internal Audit, and other compliance stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant implementation.
- Coordinate with enterprise teams across regions (including Kentucky and others) to support documentation, testing, and warranty processes.
- Engage with DevOps teams to align software delivery and infrastructure integration efforts.
- Utilize project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint to manage project workflows, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
- Provide transparent and timely project updates to internal leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in large enterprise settings.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt to hybrid delivery models and drive team ceremonies.
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity protocols, including governance, risk mitigation, compliance processes, and collaboration with InfoSec or Security teams.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and/or SharePoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive alignment across business and technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear project updates and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple projects.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with the automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UI Path.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level documentation and audit requirements.
- Experience working with enterprise functions including Legal, Internal Audit, and Governance Boards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
