Job Title: Senior Salesforce Consultant IAM & Security

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Consultant with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), architecture, and integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, industry protocol knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of SF IAM (Salesforce Identity and Access Management).
  • Knowledge of Oracle IAM and related integration points.
  • Experience with F5, ADFS, SAML, OAuth2.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, IAM frameworks, and industry protocols.
  • Proven integration experience across multiple platforms and vendor products.
  • Strong technical capability and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to see the big picture
  • Experience setting architecture standards and implementing governance.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Prototype development capability for solution validation.
