Senior Construction Account Executive
Remote | Full-Time | Travel Required
We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to help expand our client’s presence in the construction and AEC market by selling custom software solutions, including low-code and AI-enabled applications.
This role is ideal for a consultative, outbound-driven sales professional with deep construction industry experience who excels in complex, relationship-based enterprise sales cycles.
What You’ll Do
Prospect, develop, and close new business within construction and AEC accounts
Drive growth by expanding our client’s footprint across target markets and accounts
Lead end-to-end consultative sales cycles for custom software and digital solutions
Engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders to uncover business challenges and deliver value-driven solutions
Partner closely with solution engineers to design and present tailored offerings
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
3+ years selling into construction or AEC organizations
Experience selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services
Strong outbound prospecting, discovery, and closing capabilities
Ability to work remotely while traveling as needed to support clients and sales efforts
Nice to Have
Background in construction operations or project delivery
Experience with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, Autodesk, BIM tools)
Formal training in sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
Compensation
Base Salary: Competitive and based on experience
OTE: $200K–$240K
