Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC/Atlanta, GA

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with over 10 years of proven expertise in leading and delivering large-scale, complex programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and cross-functional team leadership. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure successful delivery of initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

  • Develop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

  • Track program progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to ensure program success.

  • Provide leadership and direction to project managers and teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.

  • Manage program governance, reporting, and compliance requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies in program management.

  • Ensure effective change management and communication throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management roles, managing complex and large-scale programs.

  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

  • Proficiency in program/project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and resources effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.

  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification is highly desirable.

  • Experience in technology, cloud-based projects, or digital transformation programs is a plus.
