Business System Analyst
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
- Work with development teams to design and implement system solutions.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, making recommendations for enhancements.

- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
