Senior Business Analyst (PeopleSoft FSCM)

Trigyn's direct government client in Austin, Texas has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst. The particulars of the opportunity are below:

Description:
The consultant must have hands-on experience with the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management module and a state government's asset management business process. The consultant must also excel in gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and performing end-to-end business process testing with third-party interface systems.

The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a large team. Other duties include documentation, supporting training efforts, and other project tasks as needed. Some off-hours may be required depending on the project phase.

Mandatory Qualifications:
? Experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projects
? Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management
? Experience as a Business Analyst in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations
? Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing
? Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
? At least 2 years? experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team
? Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
? Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
? Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Control
? Experience with SharePoint
? Experience with Jira
? Experience working with the Scrum framework
