Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary functional lead for Oracle Cloud Learn LMS.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand compliance-driven learning requirements.
- Configure and manage course statuses (active/inactive), assignments, catalogs, and learning paths.
- Provide support for regulatory and mandatory training needs in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Drive LMS-related reporting and analytics to ensure tracking of employee compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle Learn and integrations.
- Train HR, Compliance, and business users on LMS best practices and functionality.
- Partner with Oracle support and internal IT teams to manage releases, patches, and enhancements.
- Define and implement governance models for learning content and data integrity.
