Position Overview
PruTech is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join our integration team. You will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform, connecting various systems and applications across our enterprise landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop APIs, integration flows, and connectivity solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Build reusable components and frameworks to accelerate integration delivery
- Implement API-led connectivity approach following MuleSoft best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of integration solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and SOAP web services
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed integrations
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production environments
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Work with DataWeave transformations for complex data mapping requirements
- Implement security policies and access management using Anypoint Platform
- Monitor application performance and optimize integration flows
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation
Required Skills/Abilities
- MuleSoft Developer I Certification
- 4+ years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center
- Strong understanding of SOA, REST, and microservices architecture
- Experience with various connectors (Database, Salesforce, SAP, HTTP, File, etc.)
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (EIP)
- Experience with message queuing systems (JMS, AMQP, Kafka)
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MuleSoft Developer II Certification
- MuleSoft Integration Architect I Certification
- MuleSoft Platform Architect I Certification
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace)
- Knowledge of additional integration platforms (Dell Boomi, Informatica, Tibco)
