Job Overview
Seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide end-user technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow and strong knowledge of mobile device management (iOS & Android).
Must Haves
- ServiceNow experience (detailed and hands-on)
- 2 3 years of IT technical support experience
- Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Azure
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (iOS/Android)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Stable work history (no job hopping or large resume gaps)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, networks, and printers
- Support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Maintain asset inventory and assist with equipment setup
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional user support
