Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn data insights into measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance goals such as lead generation, conversions, traffic, and engagement.

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow company presence across relevant social platforms.
  • Develop and schedule content, manage community engagement, and track social KPIs.

3. SEO & Content Marketing

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize web content to improve organic visibility.
  • Coordinate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly website copy, blogs, and landing pages.

4. Website & Landing Page Optimization

  • Work with developers/designers to improve website UX/UI for performance and conversions.
  • Monitor and update website content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
  • Generate monthly campaign reports with insights and recommendations.

6. Email & Marketing Automation

  • Build and execute email campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other CRM platforms.
  • Create automated workflows and segmentation strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website edits.
  • Certification(s): Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound, or similar.
