Job Title: Data Platform/Program Manager
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid 2 days onsite and 3 days remote every week)
Duration: 12 months
Description:
- Principal Data Platform Product / Program Manager to lead the delivery of our cutting-edge data platform initiatives.
- This pivotal role centers on implementing the strategic vision for our data infrastructure (Snowflake) to power analytics, data science, operational, and business intelligence (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau) use cases with data.
- The ideal candidate will possess balanced skills in project delivery, stakeholder management, and operationalizing technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Align and oversee the strategic product roadmap and features across all aspects of the new data platform, ensuring alignment with the broader objectives and the specific needs of our data users.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive the development, deployment, and enhancement of platform features.
- Support the reference architecture practice (with common terminologies and practices with defined templates) within the data space, ensuring alignment in terms of focus, intake, and notices of decisions.
- Work closely with users (data scientists, engineers, and business leaders) to ensure the platform robustly supports diverse data operations.
- Define and monitor critical performance metrics to assess platform efficiency and its impact on business outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks and challenges in the platform's operations, addressing them with innovative solutions and enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and making strategic decisions to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience with Product / Program Management of Data initiatives specifically with Snowflake.
