Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer / Systems Analyst to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in programming and systems analysis.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with customers, business analysts, and technical teams to define and design effective technical solutions.

  • Experience aligning technical solutions with business and IT strategies, ensuring compliance with departmental architectural standards.

  • Hands-on experience in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.

  • Ability to make informed recommendations for new code development or code reuse.

  • Experience in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy-vs-build analysis.

  • Strong understanding of systems analysis and design, development processes, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the Microsoft .NET Framework, including Classic ASP.

  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
