Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform tasks such as assembly, packaging, and machine operation.
- Follow standardized operating procedures and quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
- Operate specialized tools and equipment.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to new environments.
- Previous experience in automotive manufacturing or military service is a plus.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
