pay Range:$35.00/hrs
Description
* Responsible for IT success in outpatient radiology imaging centers and call centers.
* Provide support for users utilizing various systems and equipment.
* Report issues and provide support through multiple channels.
* Collaborate with IT teams for escalated support and system understanding.
* Analyze and recommend improvements for workflows and systems.
* Ensure system security and rectify deficiencies with support staff.
* Oversee IS inventory and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with leadership to assess hardware and software needs.
* Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects.
* Communicate with leadership about ongoing and future projects.
* Visit sites to resolve issues and check in with managers.
* Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment.
* Maintain knowledge of equipment and systems through documentation and education.
* Collaborate with vendors to escalate issues and deliver resolutions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field or extensive IT support experience.
* Strong operational and analytical abilities with superior communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, file servers, and network operations.
* Knowledge of network cabling, switches, routers, and TCP/IP protocol.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and PC connectivity.
* Ability to travel to sites as needed with a valid driver's license.
