PeopleSoft HR Business Systems Analyst (Only G.C / U.S.C)

Key Functions and Roles:
- Provide support for diverse HR operations, including benefits, performance management, recruitment, learning and development, diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives, and PeopleSoft application management.
- Execute analytical tasks, conduct impact assessments, and present findings to support priority setting and facilitate the development of user stories.
- Produce and maintain detailed documentation such as business process maps, data flow charts, control logs, and test scripts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect and refine requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of user stories and consideration of legal, compliance, and records management constraints.
- Collaborate on testing activities, aiding the agile team in test execution when necessary.
- Act as an expert resource for designated products or processes, offering knowledge and guidance.
- Participate in agile practices consistent with the organization's methodologies and contribute to the success of the scrum or Kanban team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in Program Increment (PI) Planning and facilitate agile meetings.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with team members, identifying and addressing obstacles, and ensuring smooth information flow among stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between external vendors, the technology team, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and advocate for process enhancement opportunities.
- Develop and update support materials, such as job aids and workflow diagrams, to guide the team's operations.
- Represent the client within the product team, delivering insights into user needs, client experiences, and product functionalities to drive user-focused outcomes and organizational objectives.
- Perform production validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of systems post-implementation.
