Requirements
  • **100% Remote - Must be able to support Pacific Standard Time business hours
  • Experience working in a technology company or large-scale engineering organization
  • Must possess proven experience in program or project management in a recruiting talent acquisition and technical hiring context.
  • Must have a strong understanding of product and infrastructure engineering roles and hiring pipelines.
  • 4+ years of Program Management experience; 4+ years of experience in coordination, recruiting, program management or operations
  • Strong data and analytical skills; Data driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform process improvements
  • Recruiting Operations/talent acquisition experience; knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes
  • Change Management experience
  • Experience presenting organizational and process flow content to audiences
  • Knowledge of CSM and FBR tools

Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead and optimize the candidate review process for our product and infrastructure pipelines.
  • This role is critical to ensuring a smooth efficient and high-quality evaluation process that supports our hiring goals and drives the success of our teams.
  • Candidates must possess proven experience in program or project management in a recruiting talent acquisition and technical hiring context.
  • Candidates must have a strong understanding of product and infrastructure engineering roles and hiring pipelines.

Qualification:
  • Must be able to support Pacific Standard Time business hours.
  • Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree
  • 4 years of coordination recruiting program management or operations experience
  • Strategic Thinker - Strong data analysis and analytical skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience fostering positive cross-functional working relationships
  • Experience influencing others across multiple teams within the organization and cross functionally
  • Experience leading multiple strategic projects/initiatives with limited oversight
  • Experience presenting organizational and process flow content to audiences Self-directed detail-oriented problem solver
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end management of the candidate review process for product and infrastructure hiring pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting engineering product and infrastructure teams to define and refine review criteria workflows and timelines.
  • Coordinate and facilitate candidate review meetings ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and feedback is captured effectively.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency reduce bottlenecks and enhance candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to candidate review throughput quality and outcomes provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Manage communication and follow-up with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely progression through the review stages.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align candidate review processes with broader hiring strategies and organizational goals.
  • Drive adoption of tools and technologies that support candidate review workflows.
  • Identify risks and issues in the review process and proactively develop mitigation plans.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for candidate review process questions and escalations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
