Job Summary:

Seeking a hands-on Backend Lead (.NET/C++) to build a greenfield FCM trading platform focused on binary sports prediction markets. This is a high-impact, engineering-focused role in a real-time, low-latency environment.

Must-Have Skills:

  • .NET Core, C++, C#

  • AWS Cloud (EC2, EKS, DynamoDB, Kafka)

  • Trading Systems / OMS / FCM Platforms

  • Compliance: KYC, AML, CFTC, NFA

  • Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture

Responsibilities:

  • Build core backend services for trading, clearing, compliance, and reporting

  • Own design & development of performant, scalable APIs

  • Work closely with compliance, product, and frontend teams

  • Mentor junior devs while remaining hands-on

  • Deploy and support systems in AWS cloud

Preferred:

  • Experience in regulated financial systems

  • Familiarity with trading lifecycle, post-trade, and back-office tools

  • Strong debugging, design, and architectural decision-making
