Job Description:
  • Key skills required for this role:
    • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Understanding of insurance claims processes, policies, and regulations. US Market - P & C Personal lines (Auto & Home).
    • Experience in Claims migration projects would be an added advantage
    • Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders viz. Client IT leaders, Business stakeholders, various client vendor teams, Internal leads and team members
    • Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team of testers; Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and deliver test reports and status updates to stakeholders.
  • we are looing for an Test Manager with Minimal Experience of 15+ Years in Manage testing of insurance claims Migration projects and processes to ensure they are functional, accurate, and compliant.
  • Responsible for planning, executing, and managing test activities, ensuring the Claims Functional testing, migrated data processing in downstream systems and financial reporting are accurate.
  • Understanding, analyzing requirements, and working with Business stakeholders to determine UAT strategy, responsible for UAT support and securing sign-off.
  • Provide accurate and detailed QA test status to stakeholders, along with issues, trends and potential impact and drive timely resolution of impediments. Ensuring optimal coverage and governance on deliverables.
  • Responsible for developing and executing test strategies and test plans for concurrently running projects and releases with a focus on optimized coverage across work streams
  • Lead a team of QA professionals and drive testing priorities, work with offshore counterpart/QA consultants to ensure smooth delivery
  • Provide project and technical orientation, and support for team members
  • Support development of insurance domain knowledge and understanding of business processes within the team
  • Support estimation and planning for new projects, enhancements, change requests.
