Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy IT Help Desk Analyst to provide first-level assistance across Microsoft-based platforms. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for users needing help with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and MS Dynamics-ensuring efficient resolution and a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications, and MS Dynamics
- Assist users with login issues, software installations, and troubleshooting on desktop and mobile devices
- Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system with timely resolutions and thorough documentation
- Support MS Dynamics users with navigation, data entry, and minor configuration inquiries
- Escalate more complex technical issues to senior IT personnel or Dynamics admins
- Maintain user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Conduct routine system checks and apply updates to enhance performance and security
- Collaborate with IT and business units to improve support processes and overall user experience
Must-Haves
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week at our Remington location
