Software Test Analyst 4

Title: Software Test Analyst 4 Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Duration: 6+ Month Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer / Software Test Analyst to support automated and manual testing efforts for the SERFIS4 project, which is entering the test execution phase. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Playwright automation (C#), Azure DevOps, and functional and regression testing across web and client-based applications.

This role will also involve reviewing vendor-delivered test documentation for the CASE project and providing detailed feedback to ensure alignment with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and analyze automated tests using Playwright (C#); log and track issues in Azure DevOps.
• Perform manual testing and report detailed findings.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and work with project teams to triage defects.
• Review test documentation from vendors and provide actionable feedback.
• Update end-to-end test cases in preparation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate UAT sessions, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure test readiness.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts in Playwright for regression coverage.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in Functional, Integration, and Regression Testing.
• 9+ years of experience in both web-based and client-based application testing.
• 9+ years of experience creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and traceability matrices.
• Proven ability to facilitate UAT and manage end-user testing cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (C#) for Test Automation.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps for defect tracking and test management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent attention to detail.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio IDE.
• Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Exposure to infrastructure applications testing.
