Job Title: VP / Director of Pre-Sales & Solutions Architecture

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Pre-Sales & Solutions Architecture to lead our pre-sales engineering team and partner closely with sales, delivery, and product teams. This leader will drive technical solutioning, client engagement, and business growth through innovative cloud and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Lead, mentor, and scale the pre-sales and solutions architecture team.
Define the technical vision and strategy to support business development and customer success.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and offerings.
Pre-Sales Engagement
Partner with sales teams to understand customer business needs and present tailored solutions.
Own and deliver technical presentations, solution demos, and proof of concepts.
Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and client stakeholders.
Solutions Architecture
Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions across Cloud (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure), Infrastructure, Data, and Applications.
Lead RFP/RFI responses, solution design documentation, and pricing models.
Align solutions with client objectives, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
Collaboration & Delivery Support
Work with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
Provide oversight and guidance on complex solution delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
12+ years of experience in IT solutions, cloud architecture, or enterprise consulting.
5+ years of leadership experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture roles.
Proven success driving pre-sales strategy, leading technical teams, and closing enterprise deals.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Cloud Platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred, AWS/Azure a plus).
Strong knowledge of enterprise architectures, DevOps, data platforms, security, and networking.
Hands-on experience in solution design, cost modeling, and technical presentations
