Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Remove impediments to the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with end customers to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Track and report team metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.).
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles.
• Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master for Agile teams.
• Experience running Scrum in a ServiceNow instane
• Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0 is required
• Excellent understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is a plus).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Skills in running scrum in the ServiceNow Agile 2.0 environment
• Ability to manage multiple teams is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Engagement or Project Management
• Prior work in managed services within a ServiceNow consulting environment
• Familiarity with large-scale Agile environments
• Professional experience in software development or project management
• Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps, Rally, or Trello
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent
