We are excited to announce an opening for a JOC Project Controls Lead to join our team at JOC Consulting Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using MS Project and/or Primavera P6.

  • Lead cost control and budget management activities across multiple JOC projects.

  • Track project performance, identify variances, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

  • Establish and optimize project workflows to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and leadership to maintain project alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6.

  • Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and financial tracking.

  • Experience in performance measurement, reporting, and schedule analysis.

  • Familiarity with project workflows, risk management, and JOC delivery methods.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
