Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the EC module within our HR technology landscape. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of core HR processes and SuccessFactors capabilities, enabling seamless data management, workflow automation, and compliance across global HR operations. You will work closely with HR, IT, and project teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet business and functional requirements.

  • Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, and blueprinting sessions with HR stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.

  • Ensure proper data migration, validation, and integration with third-party systems such as payroll or time tracking.

  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate system enhancements.

  • Train end-users and deliver knowledge transfer to internal support teams.

  • Stay current on SuccessFactors EC updates and leverage new features to optimize processes.
