Role Overview

JM Family is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a strong foundation in data profiling, data quality, and data governance practices. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Deerfield Beach, FL three times per week. The ideal candidate has a data-centric mindset, excellent SQL skills, and polished communication abilities to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct data profiling, quality checks, and assessments to ensure accuracy and completeness of enterprise data.
Apply data governance principles to existing frameworks, focusing on policy adherence and data integrity.
Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business teams to improve data structure, lineage, and usage.
Support or participate in data modeling and metadata management activities.
Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
Document findings and communicate actionable insights to business users and technical teams.

Required Skills

Strong experience in data profiling, data quality assessment, and applied data governance.
Proficiency in SQL must be able to write complex queries and work with relational databases.
Experience with or exposure to data modeling and metadata-driven environments.
Excellent soft skills able to engage stakeholders, present data findings clearly, and work cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
Python for scripting or data transformation.
Background in data architecture or experience working with enterprise data platforms.
