Job Details

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and acquire new clients across various sectors.
    • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking events, industry research, referrals, and collaboration with marketing efforts.
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, understand their hiring challenges, and position our recruitment services as a valuable solution.
    • Arrange and conduct effective meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present compelling proposals.
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable new business agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving talent needs and providing strategic insights into the recruitment market.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Sales and Pipeline Management:
    • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and tracking progress against targets.
    • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
