Client is seeking an experienced IT Cloud Engineer Lead to oversee and lead comprehensive IT operations. This role involves providing technical guidance, managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and development.
• Design, deploy, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based systems, aligning with security standards.
• Manage Azure and Private cloud infrastructure, optimizing performance and resource governance.
• Implement Microsoft 365 best practices and hybrid Active Directory/Azure AD integration, including Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Contribute to security efforts, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
• Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and collaborate on performance management.
• Promptly respond to system incidents, troubleshoot, and implement preventive measures.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and maintain adherence to standards and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Systems and Cloud Engineering.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure & Private) and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and implementing security controls.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
