Job Description

• AIMS Platform Expertise: The primary technical requirement is deep knowledge of the AIMS platform, including its configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting across critical functions like crew payroll, rostering, flight tracking, and ERP integration.
• Enterprise Support & Delivery: Requires 3+ years in enterprise platform support and a commitment to Tier 1–3 application support and monitoring to ensure system uptime and issue resolution. This includes managing incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring service continuity.
• Agile, DevOps, and Automation Proficiency: Must have 3+ years in an agile delivery culture and familiarity with the full SDLC, including hands-on testing & validation (manual + automated), CI/CD pipelines, and automated DevOps workflows. The role also involves integrating AIMS with various enterprise systems (HR, payroll, finance, etc.).
• Functional Airline Acumen: The candidate needs a strong understanding of crew and operational processes (payroll, rostering, metrics) and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions through collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders. An airline or logistics background is a significant advantage.
