Description
We're looking for a hands-on PC Support Technician who enjoys solving problems and keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for IT warehouse operations and hardware deployment. If you have experience in desktop support and like working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do:
  • Handle and resolve support tickets through ServiceNow.
  • Manage warehouse tasks: check in inventory, ship hardware, and update SAP for received and deployed equipment.
  • Recover equipment from onsite locations, coordinate returns, and assist remote users with shipping boxes and FedEx labels.
  • Process returned equipment and follow data retention practices.
  • Set up peripherals like monitors and help with workstation setups.
  • Image computers when needed.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in IT support (Service Desk, Desktop Support, Mobility, Hardware Fulfillment).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems, and SAP.
  • A valid driver's license.

Nice to Have:
  • Associate degree in IT or related field.
  • CompTIA A+ certification.

This is a Contract position based out of Waukegan, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
