Job Details

Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of experience in a technical support or junior systems administration role.
  • Proficiency in virtualized environments (VMware or Hyper-V) for server configuration and administration.
  • Experience with user and group management using Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Experience with core services configuration (DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Certificates).
  • Experience with maintaining and verifying backup systems and disaster recovery testing.
  • Experience with basic PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily operations and maintenance of server and storage systems.
  • Participate in patching and system updates to reduce vulnerabilities and maintain system health.
  • Help configure and maintain core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, DFS, Certificates).
  • Document technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Ensure accurate incident tracking and asset management via service desk ticketing systems.
  • Participate in team projects and assignments to enhance infrastructure reliability.
  • Participate in after-hours work and on-call rotation as assigned.
