Role: FullStack Developer (Front End Focused)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: Long Term
Job Description: We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about frontend development, particularly with Angular, and has a robust understanding of back-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications with a strong emphasis on front-end development using Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust Java back-end solutions.
- Implement microservices architecture and containerization to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Conduct testing using Test-Driven Development (TDD) and JUnit to ensure high quality code.
- Work with messaging systems such as MQ or Kafka to integrate and manage data flows.
- Participate in Agile development processes and utilize SDLC tools like Maven, Jenkins, and Git.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Strong experience with Angular and familiarity with other front-end technologies such as React or JavaScript.
- Experience with Oracle or any other relational database.
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as MQ or Kafka is preferred.
- Knowledge of Micro-Services Architecture, Scalable High Resiliency Systems, and Workflow are preferred.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
