Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced GRC Analyst to join their team. This position involves processing solution risk assessments, communicating system requirements, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will be starting on the Policy, Risk, and Third-Party Security team to master the Risk Assessment and exceptions processes. This role is critical in developing and implementing effective GRC strategies and frameworks tailored to specific regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments using current policy, risk, and third-party security processes.
  • Develop and implement effective GRC strategies and frameworks tailored to specific regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on GRC best practices and strategies.
  • Implement automation to continuously improve risk assessment processes.
  • Consult on projects and security initiatives as they relate to the controls environment.
  • Liaise with IT, OT, and business teams on projects and day-to-day issues.
  • Support the team in the preparation and submission of progress reports as required.
  • Create and prepare documentation, reporting, and metrics.
  • Support in gathering, defining, documenting, and clarifying business requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally on development and implementation of projects and ensure the success of projects/programs.

Qualifications:
  • Senior level experience, typically 7+ years in a GRC or related field.
  • Expert understanding of discipline and viewed as an expert in the field of GRC.
  • Proven ability to develop solutions to complex problems and influence others to achieve objectives.
  • Experience in providing specialized/technical/functional guidance to others within a department and/or business asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to consult and liaise effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Experience in automation tools for improving risk assessment processes is highly desirable.
