AWS Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive AWS cloud strategy aligned with business and IT goals.
• Analyze current systems, business operations, and security needs to determine cloud requirements.
• Design and implement AWS cloud architectures for both new and existing projects.
• Lead initiatives and infrastructure projects related to AWS cloud implementation.
• Ensure all cloud architectures meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Provide best practice guidance for AWS infrastructure usage.
• Review and assess architectural changes, ensuring impacts are understood and communicated.
• Define and track key metrics to monitor architecture quality and performance improvements.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 7 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, Glacier, SNS, EBS, CloudFront, SQS, VPC).
• 4 7 years' experience in cloud architecture implementation.
• 4 7 years' experience with CI/CD pipeline integration.
• 4 7 years' experience developing cloud strategies using AWS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience overseeing vendors and managing project work.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow systems.
• Strong understanding of complex IT workflow processes.
• Proven ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
